“Surfaces that fade, born of the rage to hold onto what refuses to stay, burning in their fading”
This work series arise as a meditation on memory’s fragility.
Driven by the urge to preserve what time erodes, they attempt to capture the fleeting brilliance of early memories—images of childhood that remain vivid yet incomplete.
Translating the rage against forgetting into color, texture, and fading form. Through layered surfaces and blurred edges, the paintings confront the urge to hold onto what refuses to remain whole, always slipping away.
Each surface holds both the desperation of remembrance and the inevitability of loss.
